Your website shows lots of products that are not on display in your shop?

We have a central warehouse with over 42,000 items in stock. Our store in Gorseinon displays a selection but not all of these items. Let us know if you want to see an item and we can have it sent down.
I ordered online but can I collect from the shop?

Yes. Just wait until you have received your collected email. Your order will then be ready to collect.
I can't find an item that was there yesterday on your website?

Our stock changes every hour. Our site updates all the time. We try to add all stock as it comes available but its always worth giving us a ring. 01792 892005
I was expecting my order today but as yet it hasn't turned up.

Although we ship many items direct from the shop, some larger and heavier items will be sent direct from the warehouse. We are reliant on DPD, UPS etc. Sometimes there may be a delay at the courier warehouse. Let us know and we will track you parcel and update expected delivery time. We only use major courier companies.
