Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day. We use Royal Mail and various other couriers. We will inform you and send shipping information for each order.

Some items are shipped from a different warehouse, we will inform you at point of order.

Is the delivery date guaranteed?
We will do our best where possible to deliver on the day you have requested (assuming all the items on your order are in stock), however once the parcel leaves us and enters the courier network there is always a possibility that delays can occur. We recommend customers to monitor their tracking closely as the courier company will have the final say about when the parcel is delivered. Please be aware of this if you are considering arranging time off work to receive a parcel, and where possible make use of the delivery options offered by the courier such as "leave in a safe place", "deliver to a neighbour" or "deliver to a local pick-up shop".
Weekend delivery options are available for most* UK postcodes if required. Spider Music Ltd. cannot be held liable for any loss of earnings due to time taken off work and the courier is unable to deliver for any reason.
