All new items purchased from Spider Music Ltd. carry a 12 month UK guarantee by default. Some manufacturers extend this warranty beyond 12 months and a few allow for extended warranties to be purchased directly from themselves. Please be aware that some items, such as strings are not covered.

We have the right to refuse and void a warranty if the goods have been modified, altered, or repaired without previous Spider Music authorization.
