If you would like to return an item, please send us an email with as much detail as possible.
We aim to process your request and get in touch with you within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).

Packaging Items For Return
We recommend keeping all of the original packaging incase you need to return an item to us.
If you have disposed of the original packaging, you will need to securely repackage the item in a sturdy cardboard box with appropriate and sufficient packing material.
It is strongly recommended that the item is packed such to prevent it from moving around and or getting scratched.
If an item is returned by a customer with insufficient packaging and is subsequently damaged, Spider Music Ltd can not accept any liability and may refuse to take delivery.
In some cases an item may have to be sent to the manufacturer. This may take a few days or even weeks depending on item. Where possible, we will offer a loan of a simular product.
